SHIPPING POLICY
How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible.
Successfully placed orders will receive a confirmation email with their order details. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folders or contact us for confirmation.

What are the shipping charges?
For orders over $100.00 we will ship for free using Retail Ground.
We only deliver in the United States.
In most cases, we use the USPS for delivery. Delivery times may vary, based on delivery method and destination. We offer three convenient ways to ship your packages:

Priority Express Mail: 1 - 2 Days
Priority Mail: 1 - 3 Days
Retail Ground: 2 - 5 Days
If you live locally in the Phoenix Metro area, (20-mile radius of Surprise, Arizona) we will deliver to your door in one or two days for free!

Returns and Refund Policy
​
We have a no questions asked return policy that applies for 14 days after your order is delivered. Returned items must be in brand new condition, and customers are responsible for return shipping. In the case of lost orders, or items that are damaged upon delivery, customers are entitled to a full refund or e-store credit within 14 days of shipping.
