This hand crafted Elfy starts with black glitter on a tophat with buffalo check ribbon and a paper holly embellishment. His body is clear glitter with a red chenielle scarf. The scarf is decorated with a green wreath with several mini red ornaments and a white enamel, metal snowflake charm.  Two 1/2" black buttons adorn the body, two Jet black glass crystals for eyes, and one Tangerine glass crystal for his nose, round out this holiday keepsake!
