This international inspired Elfy has a 1/2" white jingle bell attached to a straw somberro with multi colored trim. Six lights of varying color are attached to the edge of the hat.  A white chunky chenille yarn trims a black, red, white, and green "Feliz Navidad" suit.  Two jet black glass crystals, and one tangerine glass crystal for the nose adorn a clear glittered face.
