Black ice is dressed with a black and white snowflake designed chenille hat, with a silver glitter plastic star, and off white chenille trim.   He is also dressed in the same black and white snowflake designed chenille fabric.  A transparent white ribbon with silver snowflakes accents this little Elfy.  Two 1/4" white jingle bells round out his ribbon. Two Jet black glass crystals for his eyes, and one tangerine glass crystal for his nose, adorn his white glitter face.
