Arctic Kiss has an aqua blue chenille hat with chunky white chenille yarn pom-pom and trim.  His suit is made of black and white chenille fabric and a silver snowflake on white grosgrain ribbon.  A white 1/4" jingle bell and a silver snowflake adorn his neck.  Two jet black glass crystals for its eyes, and one tangerine glass crystal for his nose, on a white glitter face, round out this Elfy.
