This Elfy starts with a 3/4" white bell connected to a white and blue faux fur pom-pom on top of a soft chenille hat with white and silver tinsel chenille yarn trim.  He is covered in dark blue chenielle with white polka dots.  The bow is grosgrain ribbon, with silver foil snowflakes, and accented by a 1' silver charm with turqouise colored glass baguettes.  Two Jet black glass crystals, and one Tangerine glass crystal for his nose, will make anyone feel not so blue this holiday season!
